Célia Regina Nogueira, MD, PhD is a Full Professor of Endocrinology at São Paulo State University (UNESP), specializing in molecular biology, nutrition, obesity, and thyroid disorders. She has held leadership roles in the Brazilian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (SBEM) and the Latin American Thyroid Society.
