Dr. Priya Dedhia is a surgical oncologist specializing in endocrine cancers, particularly those affecting the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at The Ohio State University, where she is part of the Translational Therapeutics Program at the OSUCCC - James. Her research focuses on using human organoid technology and 3D models to study thyroid and parathyroid diseases, as well as endocrine cancer, aiming to discover personalized approaches for treatment. Dr. Dedhia completed her residency in General Surgery at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in Endocrine Surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics. She has published over 20 articles in leading journals and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons.
