Rosalia Padro Padovani holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2001) and a Ph.D. in Medicine (Clinical Endocrinology) from the Federal University of São Paulo (2013). She is currently a physician at Nuclimagem, a researcher at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo, and an Instructor Professor of Endocrinology at the same institution. She also serves as an Endocrinology Attending Physician at Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo and Coordinator of the Thyroid Disease Center at Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo. Her expertise lies in Endocrinology and Metabolism, with a focus on thyroid cancer, thyroid disorders, iodine, and urinary iodine excretion.
