Professor Dong-Yeop Shin is a hematologist and oncologist with a Ph.D. from Seoul National University College of Medicine (2015) and a Master's degree from the same institution (2012). He completed his internship, residency in Internal Medicine, and fellowship in Hemato-oncology at Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH). He has developed expertise in hematologic malignancies, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and bone marrow failure syndromes like aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. Currently, his research focuses on human hematopoietic stem cells and their clinical application in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Professor Shin is an active member of the AML/MDS and Korean Multiple Myeloma Working Parties.
