Ashok Bhaseen, M.Pharm, MMS is a President of Thyroid Federation International a global Thyroid Patients organization.  Thyroid Federation International (TFI) is a 30 Year old organization that lay the foundation of World Thyroid Day May 25th and International Thyroid Awareness Week from May 25th to May 31st each year. TFI is a signatory to Thyroid Guidelines, Iodine Global Network declaration, member of ITC, ATA, LATS, AOTA and ETA. TFI and its members play a leading role in EUThyroid and Mother Baby Iodine and Thyromobile projects. 

Ashok is a speaker in many international congresses on various topics e.g. Patient advocay, Interchangability issues, thyroid and AI and other topics. He has been involved with the Thyroid patinets and organizations for 25 years. He is based in Canada. Ashok also serves as a Board of Director on the Graves's and Thyroid Foundation of USA. He served as the President of Thyroid Foundation of Canada for 4 years.
