On or before October 1, 2024 (after the 3rd POC meeting): Confirmation requested by Nov 1, 2024
On-line meeting will be scheduled by the end of November/December to check speaker acceptance/replacements.

3.⁠ ⁠The Regular and Short Call Abstract Submission Dates:
Site Opens-September 1st, 2024
Site Closes-November 17th, 2024
Review Closes – January 30th, 2025
Notifications will be emailed on or before February 2025
Short Call Abstract Submission dates: March 15th, 2025

4. Final POC meeting: ITC 2025:
March 14-16, 2025, Rio de Janeiro – visit to the venue, last minutes program scientific arrangements
