General Guidelines for Abstract Presentations
Oral Communication
- Presentations must be in English.

Duration: 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
Short Oral Communication
- Presentations must be in English.
- Duration: 3 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
- Important: In addition to your oral slide presentation, you are required to prepare a printed poster. (See "Instructions for Printed Poster" below.)
- Posters must be mounted and removed strictly within the scheduled times. Posters in the Short Oral Communication category will remain on display throughout the entire congress.
Oral Presentation Format
- File format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)
- The use of the official event slide template is encouraged. Click on one of the available options below to download the template.
- Include figures, tables, and graphs where relevant.
- Upload your presentation in advance to the Slide Preview Room.
Language
- All slides and presentations must be in English.
Conflicts of Interest
- Include any potential conflicts of interest on the second slide of your presentation.
Schedule & Access
- Presentation times will be assigned by the Program Organizing Committee (POC) in alignment with the congress program.
To check your presentation date and time:
- Log in to the Restricted Area on the congress website.
- Go to the [Accepted Abstracts] Menu.
- Check regularly and monitor your spam folder for updates by e-mail.
Attendance Requirement
- If no author is present at the event, the presentation will be canceled, and no certificate will be issued.
Instructions for Printed Posters
Poster Dimensions
- Size: 1.20 meters (height) x 0.90 meters (width) - Portrait.
- Font style, size, template and design are at the author’s discretion.
- All posters must be prepared in English.
Printing and Display
- The event organizers are not responsible for printing, receiving, or delivering posters.
Authors are responsible for:
- Printing their posters.
- Mounting and removing them at the assigned location and time.
- Each poster will have a designated panel number, available in the Accepted Abstracts Menu on the website. (Soon)
- Posters not removed by the deadline will be discarded. No storage will be provided.
Recommendations
- Use charts, tables, and images to enhance comprehension.
- Ensure font size is readable from at least 1 meter.
- Avoid excessive text—focus on clarity and conciseness.
Presentation Certificate
- A certificate will be issued only if the poster is displayed at the assigned time and place.
Short Oral Category – Poster Display
- Mounting Time: June 20, 2025 | 07:00 am - 08:30 am
- Removal Time: June 22, 2025 | 03:00 pm
Poster Presentation Category – Rotating Display
- Posters will be displayed on a rotating schedule on June 20, 21, and 22.
- Each poster will be shown for one day only, based on the assigned schedule.
Daily Setup & Removal Times:
- Mounting:
- 20 e 21: 07:00 am - 08:30 am
- 22: 07:30 am - 08:30 am
- on the day of presentation
- Removal:
- 20 e 21: 05:00 pm - 06:00 pm
- 22: 03:00 pm
- on the same day
Authors are fully responsible for compliance with setup and removal times.
