Registration Payment Instructions

Instructions for Paying the Registration Fee

The registration fee must be paid by credit card (Verified by PlanoPago).

1️⃣ Fill out the registration form and access the Participant Area.
2️⃣ In the menu on the right, click on "Make Payment".
3️⃣ Check the amount and click on "PLANO PAGO".
4️⃣ Enter your credit card details on the new page that opens.
5️⃣ Click on "PAY" to complete the process.

Done! You will receive a payment confirmation via email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you can check the status of your registration in the Participant Area, in the menu on the right.

Attention:

  • *For the medical member category (ATA, AOTA, ETA or LATS*), attach supporting documents: a declaration of association related to the current year, signed and stamped by the institution.
  • **(In training Professionals / Fellowship / Resident): include a residency program declaration or student card (front and back), valid for the current year.
  • ***Undergraduate Students: provide a declaration of enrollment/attendance signed and stamped by the educational institution, or an updated student card (front and back), or a paid tuition slip for the current semester.
  • ****Accompanying person / Guest rate* Price is per guest registrant. Accompanying person/guest registration badge admits attendee to the opening welcome reception. Access to scientific sessions is not included.

Withdrawal and Refund

If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the event date. Refunds will follow these criteria:

Reason Deadline for Requesting Refund Amount to be Refunded
Other justifications Up to 30 days before the beginning of the Congress 50% of the paid fee
Health problems Up to 5 days before the beginning of the Congress 80% of the paid fee
Double payment Up to 5 days before the beginning of the Congress 100% of the paid fee
Purchase cancellation Up to 7 days after payment 100% of the paid fee
