Private Transportation Service

For your comfort and safety, we highly recommend that you contact CCM Tur, the Official Travel Agency of ITC 2025, for detailed information on private transportation options between the airport and the hotel. The distance from booth Rio Airports (International Airport Galeão or Santos Dumont) to the hotel is approximately 40-45 minutes. We encourage speakers to book their transfers in advance to ensure a safe and secure journey. 

Taxi Service

If you choose to travel by taxi, we strongly recommend booking the service in advance at the counters of authorized companies within the airport. For safety reasons, we advise against using taxi or Uber services offered outside the airport's arrival area.

Ride-hailing Service (Uber)

If you choose to use a ride-hailing service for transportation, please note that both airports in Rio de Janeiro offer a designated area called the Uber Lounge. Kindly proceed to this area to request your ride.

At Santos Dumont Airport, the Uber Lounge is located in the Bossa Nova Mall, adjacent to the airport. Upon exiting the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs.

At Galeão Airport (GIG), Uber has an exclusive pick-up point located between Terminals 1 and 2. To reach it, exit through the Domestic Arrivals door, turn left on the sidewalk, then follow the signs to turn left again and access the walkway leading to the Uber area.

When requesting your ride, you will be asked to select one of three boarding zones: Orange, Green, or Purple. These zones are adjacent to each other—the selection simply helps facilitate the meeting point between passenger and driver.
