VENUE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

If you prefer, you may collect your badge on-site at the venue.

Self-Registration Stations

Exclusively for participants with confirmed and paid registrations

Registration Desk

Alternatively, you may proceed to the registration desk, which serves both participants with confirmed and paid registrations and those with pending registration payments.

Both options will be located on the ground floor and available from June 18th to 22nd.

Registration Working Hours:

  • June 18th | 8am - 6pm
  • June 19th | 7am - 8pm
  • June 20th | 6:30am - 6:30pm
  • June 21st | 6:30am - 6pm
  • June 22nd | 7:30am - 4pm

We kindly advise attendees with pending registration payments to complete their payment in advance of the event. This will help avoid queues for on-site payment and ensure a faster and smoother check-in process.

Pending Payment Registration

Attendees with pending payment must proceed to the new registration desk (cashier), located in the venue. For foreign participants who have a pending payment status, we recommend that:

Cash payment - we kindly request to bring the amount exchanged in reais, if possible. If it's not possible, bring the exact amount in dollars, since we will only have change available in local currency (reais).

Credit and debit cards - will be accepted for everyone (for foreigners, we recommend making sure if the card has permission for international transactions).

Identification Badges

The use of the identification badge is indispensable and mandatory for access to scientific activities and the exhibition area. Security and reception teams are required to enforce its usage.

For specific categories, ribbons with adhesive backing will be provided to be affixed to attendee badges.

Ribbons for: ATA, AOTA, ETA, LATS Member, and Secretary

  • ➤ Available at the booths of each respective society.

Ribbons for: LOC, POC Organizing Committee, and Speakers

  • ➤ Will be distributed in the Slide Preview Room.

Ribbons for: Short Oral Presentation, Oral Presentation, and Poster Presentation

  • ➤ Can be collected at the Abstracts Desks, located either near the Exhibition Area or on the second basement level.

Important: if you forget your badge at the hotel or elsewhere a 2nd copy could be requested at the registration desk. An additional fee of BRL 50.00 will be charged.
